中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛34例疗效观察和辨证施护体会

Clinical Observation and Nursing Experience in the Treatment of 34 Cases of Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease With Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:总结冠心病心绞痛患者的中西医结合治疗和护理经验,提高总体疗效。方法:将 67例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组均给予中西医结合治疗和临床基础护理,治疗组在此基础上再加上辨证施护。结果:治疗组治疗和护理后心绞痛症状、心电图治疗组显效率和总有效率分别为 50%、94. 12%和 38. 24%、79. 41%;对照组显效率和总有效率分别为 30. 30%、72. 72%和 21. 21%、54. 55%。两组比较,差异有显著性意义 (P<0. 05)。结论:中西医结合治疗和临床基础护理加辨证施护对冠心病心绞痛的疗效优于单纯中西医治疗加临床基础护理。

Objective: To summarize the treating and nursing experience in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine and improve all curative effect. Method: To make 67 cases patients classify the treatment group and the control group randomly, the control group applied clinical basic nurse and treatment with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine, but the treatment group used nurse with syndrome differentiation beside the methods of control group. Result: After therapy, in the treatment group, its obvious effect and effect rate of angina symptoms and ECG were 50%, 94.12% and 38.24%, 79.41% respectively. The control group were 30.30%, 72.72% and 21.21%, 54.55% respectively(P< 0.05 )。Conclusion: It had a good effect that treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine together with clinical basic nurse and adding nurse with syndrome differentiation.
