高效液相色谱法测定消癌平胶囊中绿原酸的含量

Determination of the Content of Chlorogenic Acid in Xiaoaiping Capsules by HPLC

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定消癌平胶囊中绿原酸的含量.方法:采用HyperisilODS柱(250mm×4.6mm;5μm),乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(13:87)为流动相,流速为0.8ml·min-1,检测波长为327nm.结果:绿原酸在进样量为0.0135～0.270μg范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9997,回收率为99.89%.结论:该方法操作简便,精密度好,结果准确可靠.

Objective : To determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Xiaoaiping capsules by HPLC. Method: To use a column packed with HyperisilODS(250mm×4.6mm; 5μm)and Acetonitrile-0.4 %phosphate(1387) as mobile phase.The flow rate was 0.8mL·min -1 ;The detection wavelength was 327nm. Resuts: The calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of 0.0135～0.270μg for clorogenic acid (r=0.9997 ). The average recovery (n=5) was 99.89 % Coclusion : The method is rapid, accurate and reliable.
