摘要
变压吸附制氮是采用碳分子筛为吸附剂,利用变压吸附原理来获取氮气,在一定的压力下,利用空气的氧、氮在碳分子筛孔隙中扩散速率不同而达到分离空气的目的。本文对变压吸附氮气发生器的自动控制系统进行设计,通过可编程控制器(PLC)来控制多个阀门以实现工业生产上对氮气的连续,大量需求。
The nitrogen generation by PSA uses the carbon molecular sieve for absorbent, gains the nitrogen using the PSA. Under the certain pressure, utilize oxygen and nitrogen molecule ot air prolifera ted speed in the carbon molecular sieve hole to be different but achieve the separation air the goal. This article carries on the design to the nitrogen generator automatic control system by PSA, it controls valves by PLC to realize in the industrial production have continuou s,generous demand in nitrogen.
