浅论地质灾害危险性对城市扩展规划的影响——以济南市东部产业带地质灾害危险性评估为例 被引量:1

摘要 地质环境背景是城市规划的基础条件之一。而人类工程活动产生的各类地质灾害对城市的扩张规划具有重要影响。以往并未引起足够的重视。本文以济南东部产业带规划为例,分析了济南市东部地区地形地貌、地层岩性、地质构造复杂程度、水文地质条件与岩土体工程地质性质等地质环境背景特征及其对产业带的规划建设的适宜性;同时,论述了区内铁矿开采、道路建设、房地产开发等人类工程活动诱发的诸如采空塌陷、地裂缝、崩塌、滑坡等地质灾害,对产业带的规划建设造成的危害与影响,并提出了防治对策与建议。 The background of geo-environment is the basic condition for the city plan, as well as the geo-hazard can influence on the expansionary city plan, which has not been recognized and considered by people in the past. The paper analyses the conditions of the geo-environment in eastern industrial zone of Jinan City, which is much better to be fit for the planning and construction of industrial zone. But in the area, the human engineering activities, such as the mining of iron mines, the construction of roads and the development of the real estates etc., are so acute that some geo-hazards including land collapse in goaf area, ground fissures,rock fall and landslides are induced. Old and existing geo-hazards will do harm to the construction of the industrial zone and affect the development and expansion of planning industrial zone, so some important projects should be avoided constructing in the large risk area of geo-hazards.
