摘要 现代医学中,抗肿瘤、抗病毒药物与 DNA 之间的反应研究对疾病治疗有着重要意义。该文讨论抗癌药物及小分子与 DNA 之间的反应,综述小分子与 DNA 之间的反应的研究方法。 The studies on the interaction between antitumor-and antivirus-drugs and DNA is very important for the diseases therapy in the modem medicine.This paper discussed the interaction of antieancer drugs and small molecular with DNA.The experimental methods for the interaction between small molecular and DNA were reviewed.
