SAW-MUA自组装成膜动力学的研究

摘要 该文对巯基十一酸(MUA)在声表面波(SAW)双通道金膜延迟线上的自组装成膜(SAMs)过程进行了研究,确定了 MUA 自组装镀膜的条件,以反应动力学对 MUA 的自组装机理进行了讨论,并推导出反应速率常数、活化能等相关动力学常数。 In this paper,the procedure of MUA self-assembled monolayers forming on the SAW delay line(Au) was studied,the condition of MUA self-assembled monolayers needing to complete was confirmed.Then we discussed the mechanism of MUA self-assembled monolayers(SAMs) by reaction kinetics,and the speeding constant,acti- vation energy etc were calculated.
