摘要
将柴油机缸内燃气、活塞组-气缸套、冷却介质作为一个耦合体,考虑相应的物理场及各部件间的耦合传热关系,建立了活塞组-气缸套的耦合传热模型。并用该模型实机模拟了6110 型柴油机活塞组-气缸套的耦合传热过程,预测出活塞组-润滑油膜-气缸套的耦合传热过程。实验表明数值结果合理可信。
By considering coupled heat transfer of piston set-cylinder liner interface components and the related physics fields, a coupled heat transfer model was proposed in this paper, and gas, piston set-cylinder liner and coolant could be simulated as a whole. According to the model, a computer program for simulating piston set-cylinder liner was developed and it was applied to a 6110 diesel engine. Coupling temperature field of piston set-lubrication film-cylinder liner are predicted and the simulated results are in good agreement with the available experimental measurements.
