益肾舒心丸改善冠心病左室舒张功能障碍的临床研究

Clinical Study on Left Ventricle Diastolic Dysfunction(LVDD) in Patients with CHD Ameliorated by Yi Shen Shu Xin Pill

目的 研究益肾舒心丸对冠心病左室舒张功能障碍的影响和可能机制。方法 将70例病人随机分为中药益肾舒心丸组 (实验组 ) 40例和西药硫氮 艹卓 酮组 (对照组 ) 3 0例。心功能、心绞痛、心电图疗效及中医症状疗效采用组间对比的方法 ,左室舒张功能指标 (EV、AV、AV/EV、AC、DC、EAT +EDT、1/ 3FF)采用用药前后自身对照。结果 益肾舒心丸能明显改善病人的心功能 (P <0 .0 5 )及左室舒张功能指标(P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1) ,并能改善病人的心绞痛症状 (P <0 .0 5 )及心电图。中医症状改善总有效率为 90 .0 % ,对照组亦有统计学意义。结论 益肾活血、利水化痰是治疗冠心病左室舒张功能障碍的有效方法 。

Objective To study the effect and possible mechanism of yi shen shu xin(YSSX) pill in treating CHD LVDD. Methods 70 cases are divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group (40 cases) is treated with YSSX pill, while the control group (30 cases) is treated with Diltiazem, The effects of cardiac function, angina, electro-cardio-gram (ECG) and symptom are observed between the two groups. The Changes of diastolic function of left ventricle (E apexes、A apexes、A/E、AC、DC、EAT+EDT、1/3FF) indication are also compared between before and after therapy.Results YSSX pill can obviously improve the cardiac function (P<0.05) and diastolic function of left ventricle indication(P<0.05 or 0.01), the symptom of angina(P<0.05) and ECG. The total effective rate of improving symptoms in the treatment group is 90.0%(P<0.01).There is significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion The mechanism of CHD LVDD is blood stasis due to deficiency of the kidney and congestion of fluid-retention.It shows that tonifying the kidney,promoting blood circulation and inducing diuresis are effective therapeutic method of CHD LVDD.It is great value to guide the clinical practice.
