环太湖区域开放型经济协调发展的研究

Research on Harmonious Development of Open Economy In The Area Around Tai Lake

环太湖区域在改革开放后,经济发展迅速,但与更先进的“珠三角”相比,还有差距。区域内 的苏锡常和杭嘉湖也存在着较大的差距,且差距有进一步扩大的趋势,这种状况如果长期存在下去,必将影 响整个区域经济社会的可持续发展。笔者认为环太湖区域开放型经济协调发展有其可行性,就目前而言,成 立一个超各行政区行政权力的共同机构是求得协调发展的重要途径。

Since China's reform and opening policy was put into practice, the economy in the area around Tai Lake has developed fast, but is much less advanced than that in Zhujiang River Delta. And within the area, among the cities Suzhou, Wuxi, Changzhou, Hangzhou, Jiaxing and Huzhou, there are also gaps in development and they are widening. Moreover, if this situation does not change, it will prevent the sustainable economic development of the whole area. It is feasible for the open economy of the area to develop in harmony. An important way is to found a conjunct institution with higher power than those administration institutions.
