国有商业银行人才激励反馈因果结构模型及其分析 被引量:9

摘要 通过调查研究国有商业银行人才资源状况、工作满意度和人才流动态势等,用关键变量入树建模法,通过线段性因果关系分析,创建了国有商业银行的整体人才激励反馈因果结构模型,然后通过人参与调控基模分析,剖析员工工作满意度与绩效考核机制的相互关系、作用机理,指出目前国有商业银行人才机制存在的若干问题,为提高国有商业银行人力资源管理水平,尤其是吸引、留住和激励核心人才提供了相关对策。 This paper created an incentive feedback causal structure model of state-run commercial banks based on the (investigation) of the human resource in it. We used the key variable in-tree method and linear causal analysis to create the (model.) Then the relationship between the employee's satisfaction and their performance was anatomy by system archetype analysis. We also pointed out some human resource management problems in state-run commercial banks and gave (countermeasures) according to the feedback analysis in this paper.
