摘要
应用低温放热分析(Low Temperature Exotherms Analysis,简称LTE分析)方法对M39-9/74、Kristaly、Sk77- 10/69、Viktor、Norton、Ivan、Vignoles及Michurnetz等8个酒用葡萄新品种(或类型)进行了休眠芽主芽抗寒性测定。结 果表明葡萄品种间的抗寒性存在显著差异,Kristaly的LTE温度最低,Viktor的LTE温度最高;就一个品种而言,不 同月份的LTE温度不同,Kristaly、Viktor、Norton及Ivan等4个品种在各自的不同休眠阶段的LTE温度表现出显著 差异;在休眠中期(1月12日),多数品种的LTE温度最低,该期取样测评能够更好地反映葡萄品种的抗寒性;上述 葡萄品种枝蔓在-5℃冷藏处理2周不能明显降低其LTE温度。
Cold hardiness of primary buds in M39-9/74、Kristaly,Sk77-10/69, Viktor, Norton, Ivan, Vignoles and Michur-netz wine grape cultivars were studied by Low Temperature Exotherms (LTE) analysis during the 2003/2004 dormant season. The result showed that the cold hardiness were differenct among the 8 cultivars/type,Viktor has the highest LTE,while Kristaly has the lowest LTE. The cold hardiness was also changed in different dormancy periods, especially in Kristaly, Viktor, Norton and Ivan. The mid-dormant stage (Jan. 12th) seems to be the best sampling date when the LTE temperatures of most cultivars were the lowest, which means the strong cold hardiness.
