321不锈钢板表面缺陷的物相及形成原因 被引量:5

摘要 为了搞清 32 1不锈钢板表面缺陷的形成原因 ,采用扫描电镜能谱分析方法研究了 32 1不锈钢中板上的表面缺陷、结晶器“结鱼”物和连铸浸入式水口结瘤物的物相。探讨了“结鱼”、水口结瘤与表面缺陷的关系。结果表明 :不锈钢板表面缺陷中所包含的主要物相有MgO·Al2 O3 、TiN、CaO·TiO2 、TiO2 ,与浸入式水口结瘤物、结晶器“结鱼”物中的物相基本相同。说明连铸水口结瘤和结晶器“结鱼”是造成 32 1不锈钢板表面缺陷的重要原因。 In order to understand the main causes of the defects on surface of 321 stainless steel plate, the phases of the surface defects and floaters in mould as well as the clogs of submerged entry nozzle were investigated by EDS. The relation among the surface defects, the floaters and the clogs was discussed. The results indicated that the constituent phases consisting of MgO·Al 2O 3, CaO·TiO 2, TiN and TiO 2 in the surface defects of stainless steel were the same as that of the clogs on the submerged entry nozzle and the floaters in the mould, which showed that the clogging of submerged entry nozzle and the floater in mould were the main causes of the surface defects of 321 stainless steel plate.
