湿化学法原位合成硫掺杂的纳米金红石TiO_2可见光催化剂 被引量:28

S-doped Rutile TiO_2 Visible-light Activated Photocatalyst by in Situ Wet Chemical Synthesis Method

摘要 利用湿化学原位合成法制备了掺硫的金红石相纳米氧化钛光催化剂,并用XRD, TEM及uV-Vis吸收光谱对粉体进行了表征.粉体的可见光催化性能用亚甲基兰的降解情况 进行了表征.实验表明180℃水热合成的掺硫TiO2的催化活性最高. S-doped rutile TiO2 photocatalyst was synthesized by an in situ hydrothermal method. The powders were characterized by XRD, TEM and UV-Vis absorption spectra. The photocatalytic activities of doped TiO2 were investigated in the degradation of methylene blue solution. The results show that the catalytic performance of S-doped TiO2 treated at 180 degrees C is better than that of undoped and S-doped TiO2 treated at 200 degrees C.
