摘要
采用反应合成技术结合传统的铸造工艺在精铸模具钢表面得到 TiC颗粒增强的复合层。研究结果表明:复合层组织较致密,颗粒相和基体的结合良好,复合层中颗粒相呈梯度分布,表层硬度明显提高。
A composites layer reinforced by TiC particle on the surface of die cast steel was fabricated using the combustion technology combined with traditional casting process.The results show that microstructure of the composites layer is dense,the combination of the particle with matrix is fine,the particle in the composites layer has a gradient distribution and the hardness of the surface increases obviously.
