摘要
阐述了采用电渣分步熔铸法生产大功率内燃机曲轴毛坯的基本原理及工艺,并通过各种检测结果表明,曲轴的冶金质量达到了内燃机曲轴性能条件要求。与锻钢曲轴毛坯相比,可节约 5/6 材料。从而提供了一种生产大功率内燃机曲轴毛坯的新途径。
The basic principle and technologies for producing internal-combustion engine crankshaft blank of great merit with electroslag step by step casting were introduced. Through various detection the results show that the metallurgical quality is up to the standard of crankshaft. Compared with the crankshaft blank of forged steel,it can economize (5/6) materials. A new kind of great merit internal-combustion engine crankshaft blank production is discovered.
