The Electrophysiological Properties of Amrinone Experimental Study on Canine Hearts

摘要 为探讨氨利酮抗心律失常及致心律失常作用,观察15只犬静脉注射氨利酮(4mg/kg)前后心肌电生理参数的改变。实验结果表明:(1)血压轻度下降;(2)窦律周期、窦房结恢复时间和校正窦房结恢复时间分别缩短15.31%、8.00%及15.56%,窦房传导时间变化不大;(3)P-R、A-H间期及房室结有效不应期缩短,对心房肌、希浦系统,心室有效不应期无明显作用。用药前后H、H-V、QRS、Q-T间期亦无显著变化;(4)有4只犬出现频发室性早搏,数分钟内自行消失。讨论了此药电生理作用机制及临床意义。 The purpose of this study was to explore anti-or pro-arrhythmic effects of amrinone.15 mongrel dogs were tested on the electrophysiological effects of amrinone.The drug was given in intravenous bolus,at the dose of 4 mg/kg.The results were as follows:(1)Bp reduced mildly;(2)Siuns cycle length,sinus node recouery time SNRT and corrrct SNRT decreased, while sinus node conduct time was not significantly affected;(3)P-R,A-H and atrioventricular node effective refroctory period(ERP)were shortened. However,amrinone was of little influence on the right atria ERP,HP system and right ventricle ERP,neither on H,H-V,QRS and Q-T;(4)ventricular premature beats were appeared in 4 dogs,but self-vanished in 3 ̄5 minutes.The mechanism of cardiac electrophysiological effects and clinic implications of amrinone are discussed.
