不同焊接工艺对超级钢焊接接头组织性能影响 被引量:9

Effect of Different Welding Process Conditions on Microstructure and Properties of Welding Joint of Ultra Fine Grain Steel

摘要 采用普通电弧焊方法(手工电弧焊、钨极氩弧焊、埋弧焊)对 400MPa级超细晶粒钢进行焊接,并对不同工艺条件下的焊接接头进行了组织性能分析。结果表明,使用钨极氩弧焊方法焊接 400MPa级超细晶粒钢优于手工电弧焊和埋弧焊焊接方法。 The 400MPa ultra fine grain steels were connected by general arc welding (manual arc welding, argon tungsten-arc welding and submerged arc welding),microstructure and mechanical properties of welding joints were studied under different welding process conditions .The results show that argon tungsten-arc welding is better than manual arc welding and submerged arc welding.
