猫15只,静脉注射BaCl2(0.1mol/kg),两根接触电极同步记录左室相邻两点的心外膜单相动作电位(MAP),并与浮置式玻璃微电极引导的心肌细胞跨膜动作电位(TAP)对照.结果表明:MAP具有TAP一致的形态和复极化间期;BaCl2诱发不同类型的室性心律失常与早期后去极化和心肌的非同步性复极化及其离散共同参与有关。自律性增高或延迟后去极化亦可能影响心律失常的发生。
Barium chlorid(0.1 mol/kg)was injected in simultanous recording of two adjacent zone epicardial monophasic action potentials(MAP)by contact electrodes which were compared with transmembrane action potential(TAP)by floating microeletrode in 15 cats in vivo.The results showed that the Shape and duration of both MAP and TAP were resemble;early afterdepolarization and possible abnormal automaticity or delayed afterdepolarization were attributed to the electrophysiologic arrhythmogenic substrate,as well as nonuniformity and dispersion of repolarization were responbible for the ventricular arrhythmia induced by barium chlorid.
