2BF-6型稻茬田油菜免耕联合播种机的研究

2BF-6 type no-tillage combine seeder for rape in stubbly field

为了充分、合理利用南方土地资源,实现耕地可持续发展,加快种植业向农业机械化、产业化方向发展,设计了一种油菜免耕联合播种机。该播种机不需要开播种沟,种子直接播在板田上,整个作业过程除了开沟筑垅划切土壤外,其它均为板田。介绍了该播种机的工作原理和结构特点,并对播种机的播种性能进行了台架试验和田间试验。试验结果表明,该联合作业机能一次完成在稻茬田中的播种、施肥、开排水沟和对种子覆土作业,播种量和排肥量可根据实际需要分别在1.5～7.5kg/hm2和225～450kg/hm2之间可调,播种幅宽在1000～2000mm可调,排水沟沟深120mm,沟宽240mm,各工作过程的协调性符合农艺要求。

In order to make full and reasonable use of soil resource in South of China, to carry out the sustainable development of the cultivated land, and to speed up the development of plant industry to realize mechanization and industrialization, a 2BF-6 type no-tillage combine seeder was designed. This combine seeder does not require opening seed ditch, and the rapeseeds are sowed directly on the surface of the soil. The whole work is completed on the stubbly field except ditching. This article introduced the working principle and structure features of this kind of combine seeder, and the experiment was also done. The results show that it can complete the series work of seeding, fertilizing and ditch-opening at the same time. The quantity of sowing seeds and fertilizer can be adjusted according to necessary condition from 1.5-7.5 kg/hm2 and from 225-450 kg/hm2, respectively. The sowing width can be adjusted from 1000 mm to 2000 mm, the depth and breadth of ditch are 120 mm and 240 mm, respectively. This combine seeder meets the requirements of farm work.
