摘要
设计制作了纤维布与混凝土间双剪粘结试件 2 7个 ,正拉粘结试件 5 4个 .在分别完成pH值为 4和 12的酸、碱介质中的 0~ 2 5 0 0h加速腐蚀后 ,进行了静力单调荷载下的双剪试验和正拉试验 .在试验结果对比分析的基础上 ,研究了酸碱环境下纤维布与混凝土之间的剪切和正拉粘结强度随时间变化的规律 .研究表明 ,酸性介质对粘结强度的影响较明显一些 ;相对于正拉粘结强度 ,腐蚀介质对剪切粘结强度的影响较为显著 .在本试验条件下 ,试验中采用的复合纤维布与混凝土之间的粘结具有足够的耐酸碱腐蚀能力 ,可以满足混凝土结构的修复和补强加固要求 .
An accelerated test was designed and conducted to investigate the basic bond behavior between concrete and strengthened fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) sheet under the corrosion environment of vitriol and sodium hydroxide with a specific concentration.By the double shear bond test and normal tensile bond test,the results show that the properties of the bonding are degenerated obviously before 500 hours accelerated corrosion and then they tend to be stable in general.It is concluded in this paper that the durability of bond between FRP sheet and concrete is fine enough.However the effect of vitriol to the bond is more severe than that of sodium hydroxide.
