摘要
在研究近年来我国房地产开发投资环境分析方法的基础上 ,将灰色系统理论与传统的综合评价法相结合 ,得到了一种基于灰色系统理论关联度分析法的综合评价方法 ,是一种比传统的综合评价法更优的房地产投资环境分析方法 .
Based on the study of the real property investment environment analysis methods in our country in recent years,this article combines gray system theory with traditional comprehensive appraisal methods,and brings forth a new method on the basis of gray system theory,which is a better method in analyzing the real property investment environment.
