结肠脂肪瘤的诊断和治疗

目的探讨结肠脂肪瘤的诊断和外科治疗.方法结合有关文献对1981～2004年我院收治的11例结肠脂肪瘤诊治过程进行回顾性分析.结果本组11例患者术前确诊率为36.4%(4/11),9例行结肠节段切除或半侧结肠切除术.2例行电子结肠镜切除肿瘤,均治愈.结论结肠脂肪瘤易误诊为结肠肿瘤,临床上出现成人慢性肠套叠且全身情况良好者应考虑到结肠脂肪瘤的可能.对有症状者需行手术治疗,主要术式为结肠节段切除或经电子结肠镜电灼除术.
