围生儿201例死亡原因分析

A clinical study in 201 cases of perinatal mortality

目的 探讨围生儿死亡原因,以提高围生期保健工作质量,降低围生儿死亡率。方法 对我院10年来围生儿死亡病历进行了回顾性分析。结果 十年间围生儿死亡201例,围生儿死亡率14.23‰。围生儿死亡原因依次为胎儿畸形、缺氧、早产。结论 做好早期保健和优生优育的宣传教育,进一步加强畸形和早产的防治,加强孕期胎儿监护,可降低围生儿死亡率。

Objective To investigate the main causes of perinatal mortality aimed to improve prenatal care and reduce perinatal mortality.Methods According to the medical records of perinatal mortality cases in our hospital during the last ten years,retrospective study was carried out.Results 201 cases of perinal mortality occurred during the last ten years in our hospital and the main causes were the following in order:fetal macformation,fetal hypoxia and premature delivery.Conclusion To improve prenatal care and prenention for fetal malformation combined with spread health education on better birth and better development in early pregnancy may contribute to reducing perinatal mortality.
