摘要
采用动态心电图R─R间期自动检测及计数技术,绘制R─R间期一频度曲线,正常起搏时可见三种图型:完全起搏心律的单一起搏峰;部分起搏心律时出现起搏峰、逸搏峰及起搏峰左侧的自主心律波;自身心律抑制起搏脉冲发放时仅见起搏逸搏间期左侧的自主心律波。当起博障碍时,则在逸搏间期之右出现缓慢的自主心律曲线。起搏器以两种固定频率交替起搏时,出现双起搏峰。结果表明:该曲线可以简捷评价VVI及AAI的起搏功能。
The RR interval frequency(RR-F) curve was used in analysing dynamic electrocardiogram to evaluate the pacing function in patients with VVI and AAI. Normal pacing function had three types of RR-F curve: a single pacing peak(P) in complete pacing rhythm, combination of P, escape peak(E) and automatic heart rhythm wave(A) in partial pacing rhythm,and only A wave locating in the left side of pacemaker escape interval when fast automatic heart rhythm depressed the pacemaker impulse. However, slow A wave appearing in the right side of pacemaker escape interval indicated pacing disfunction. In one patient, double pacing peaks occurred when the pacemaker delivered pulse in two stable frequencies alternately. The results showed that RR-F curve could evaluate pacing function of VVI and AAI fast and conveniently.
