摘要
结合课题提出了一种新的宽带频率源自动测试系统(ATS)开发方法,用VEE7.0实现。在ATS开发中最重要的问题就是同步问题,本文中我们利用频率源输出信号电平的跳变来测量不同频点对应的输出信号频率和电平,从而摆脱了同步的困扰。实际应用证明该方法大大节省了测试用时,而且测量结果也极为准确。
A creative, rapid and accurate method for automatically frequency source test based on signal's feature with VEE7.0 is presented. During developing an Automatic Test System(ATS), the major problem confronted commonly is about synchronization. This paper using output signal level jumping from grequency source to get the relationship between input and output of the frequency source, consequently the synchronization problem is avoided. As approved of by many experiments and applications, this method saves a great deal of time and makes the result extremely accurate.
