摘要
首次以掺铬氧钒(Ⅳ)碱式碳酸铵为前体制备了粒度约40nm的掺铬三氧化二钒粉体,DSC和磁化率结果都表明铬(Ⅲ)原子进入三氧化二钒晶格。
(V_(1-x)Cr_x)_2O_3 nano-powders have been synthesized successfully for the first time in powder form by pyrolysizing polycrystalline Cr-doped precursor, (NH_4)_5[(VO)_6(CO_3)_4(OH)_9]·10H_2O in H_2 atmosphere at 1 373 K. The DSC curves and magnetic susceptibility of the (V_(1-x)Cr_(x))_2O_3 all demonstrated that the Cr(Ⅲ) entered the V_2O_3 lattice.
