选择性T细胞清除骨髓移植——协调移植物抗宿主病和移植物抗白血病的移植新策略
Selective T Cells Depleted Bone Marrow Transplantation──a New Protocal Coordinating GVHD and GVL
摘要
移植物抗宿主病 (GVHD)与移植物抗白血病 (GVL)本质上是异基因淋巴细胞介导的细胞免疫反应 ,各细胞亚群在GVHD和GVL中作用不平衡 ,选择性清除活化细胞 ,可在减轻GVHD的同时保留GVL。应用基因工程技术人为增加T细胞识别标记 ,如自杀基因和特异性次要组织相容性抗原 ,可选择性清除T细胞 ,为协调GVHD和GVL提供一种新策略。目前实验室选择性T细胞清除的骨髓移植已取得成效 ,临床应用也逐步开展。
