电子政务的建设可以改善政府的管理职能,促进社会的发展。现阶段在电子政务建设中从认识、定位、建设标准到信息安全等方面存在着一系列问题,影响了电子政务建设的进程,应转变旧观念,搞好目标定位,建立统一的技术标准,科学合理地确立电子政务的发展战略。

The Building of E-Government can improve government management and promote social development.There are still many problems in understanding,orientation,standard and safety of this task.I't is very important to make scientific strategies to develop E-Government in terms of renewing the concept,maitaining the right position,and establishing unified technical standards.
