摘要
目的 观察短期内摄入不同浓度酒精对小鼠股骨代谢的影响。方法 普通级昆明种小鼠 34只 ,随机分成 4组 ,除正常对照组给予蒸馏水外 ,其余 3组分别给予 10 %、30 %、6 0 % (v/v)的分析纯酒精 ,每日均按 10ml/kg灌胃 ,30d后处死全部小鼠。股骨进行骨干重、羟脯氨酸和骨钙、磷、铁、镁、锌元素的测定和比较。结果 与正常组相比 ,10 %酒精组股骨干重、骨羟脯氨酸含量有增加趋势 ,骨钙、磷、镁增加 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;30 %酒精组股骨干重变化不大 ,骨羟脯氨酸含量有下降趋势 ,骨钙、磷仍增加(P <0 .0 5 ) ;6 0 %酒精组的各参数值都是明显降低的 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 小鼠短期内摄入低浓度酒精主要促进股骨骨矿物质的沉积 ;中浓度酒精对骨矿化仍有促进作用 ;摄入高浓度酒精则抑制骨矿化 ,并抑制骨基质形成 ,最终造成股骨骨量的丢失。
Objective To study the short-term effects of ethanol in different concentrations on femur metabolism in mice. Methods Thirty-four Kunming mice were randomly divided into four groups. The normal control group was given po distilled water 10 ml·kg·day^(-1), and the other three groups were injected with 10%,30%, and 60% ethanol 10ml·kg·day^(-1) separafely. After 30 days, all the mice were killed and their femurs were processed to measure bone dry weight, bone hydroxyproline, and calcium,phosphorus,iron,magnesium,zinc contents of the bone. Results Femoral dry weight in 10% ethanol group increased in contrast with control group, bone hydroxyproline had no difference, but bone microelements calcium,phosphorus, and magnesium increased(P<0.05). In 30% ethanol group, bone hydroxyproline tended to decrease but bone calcium, and phosphorus still increased (P<0.05).All indices were markedly declined in 60% ethanol group(P<0.05). Conclusions Short-term low dose ethanol ingestion tends to increase femoral bone mass in mice. Low and moderate ethanol both accelerate deposit of bone mineral; high dose ethanol suppresses not only bone mineralization but also formation of bone organic matter, leading to eventual bone loss.
