运用整形外科技术预防普外科术后疤痕畸形的初步经验

Preliminary experience in preventing the deformed scars after general surgical technique by plastic surgical techniques

目的 观察将整形外科技术运用到普外科手术中预防疤痕畸形产生的临床效果。方法 在 102例普外科择期手术患者(研究组)的切口设计、软组织处理和切口缝合中运用整形外科技术,术后 6 个月起随访,并根据自行设计的疤痕临床评估表对术后疤痕进行评分。随机抽取同期 102 例采用传统普外科手术方法治疗的患者作为对照。结果 研究组疤痕评估的优良率达92.2%,对照组为38.3%,两组差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 运用整形外科技术可预防普外科手术后疤痕畸形的形成,满足患者求美的愿望,符合现代医学的治疗模式。

Objective Using plastic surgery principal to prevent the deformed scars by general surgical operation.Methods 102 cases for each of plastic surgical technique group and the general surgical technique group(control group) were compared by using scar score. Evaluation Scale for grading of scar score in four grades was developed by ourselves. The plastic surgical technique involved incisional design, soft tissue dissection and incisional sutures.Results 92.2% cases in the plastic surgery technique group and 38.3% cases in the control group had a good outcome(P<0.01).Two cases with excellent outcomes were introduced in detail.Conclusion It is feasible to use the plastic surgical technique instead of general surgical technique to prevent the deformed scars.
