专项抗荷体能训练对HP动作抗荷效果的影响 被引量:27

Effect of special anti-G physical training program on +G_z protection of HP maneuver

摘要 目的 为我军高性能战斗机飞行员提出一套针对新的HP抗荷动作特点的专项抗荷体能训练方法。 方法  7名受试者 ,在 6 0d内隔日分别进行针对HP动作特点的心肺功能和力量训练。心肺功能训练使用心率控制法控制训练强度 ;力量训练使用最大重复量的方法控制训练强度 ;配合训练前准备活动和训练后放松活动进行全身肌肉的协调性训练。测定、比较训练前后自身 +Gz 耐力、心率、呼吸功能等相关生理参数的变化。 结果 训练后受试者的基础G耐力、HP动作的G耐力和HP动作的抗荷效果显著提高。在有载荷情况下的心率降低 ,肺活量显著增大 ,最大呼气压力变化不大。 结论 新的专项抗荷体能训练方法可以显著提高HP动作的抗荷效果、HP动作的抗荷耐力和基础耐力。 Objective To detect the effectiveness of the special anti-G physical training program in enhancing +G z protection of HP maneuver. Methods Seven healthy young men with human centrifugeexperience served as subjects. A special physical training program was applied. Subjects were arranged to have heart-lung training and strength training alternatively every other day for 60 consecutive days. The intensity of heart-lung function training was controlled by HR control method and strength training was controlled by maximum repetition method.+G z tolerance and heart-lung parameterswere messured before and after training for 2 wks and 8 wks respectively. Results After training for 8 wks, HP maneuver G tolerance(7.29±6.95) was significantly (R=0.01) higher than that before training (4.93±0.53), and the enhanced G protection by HP maneuver (3.50±0.65) was significantly higher than that before training. The heart rate under high-G environment was reduced, the vital capacity was enhanced, the breath-changing rate was reduced. The maximum expiration pressure(MEP) was not changed. Conclusions The special anti-G training can substantially improveG protection of HP maneuver and enhance relaxed G tolerance as well.
