摘要
目的 :探讨空肠异位胰腺的临床病理特点。方法 :分析 3例空肠异位胰腺的临床病理资料。结果 :3例分别因胃溃疡、胆道结石、胃癌手术而意外发现 ,长径 0 .5～ 2 .5cm。结论 :空肠异位胰腺少见 。
Objective:To explore the clinicopathologic features of ectopic pancreas of the jejunum.Methods:The clinicopathologic data of 3 cases of ectopic pancreas situated in the jejunum were analyzed.Results:Three cases of ectopic pancreas were occasionally confirmed in the operations for gastric ulcer,gallstone of biliary tract or gastric carcinoma respectively.The maximal diameter were from 0.5 to 2.5 cm.Conclusions:Ectopic pancreas of the jejunum is rare and it is often asymptomatic.
