阿托伐他汀对脂肪组织分泌的生物活性物质致肝细胞分泌C反应蛋白的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察脂肪组织分泌的生物活性物质能否引起肝细胞合成C反应蛋白(CRP)及阿托伐他汀对其影响。方法取脂肪组织培养液刺激肝细胞HePG2培养液,采用夹心酶联吸附法测定应用阿托伐他汀前后肝细胞培养液中CRP浓度。结果1内脏及皮下脂肪培养液均可刺激肝细胞产生CRP,且腹腔内脂肪培养液刺激HePG2合成CRP〔(384±092)ng/ml〕强于皮下脂肪〔(245±075)ng/ml,P<001〕。2阿托伐他汀可抑制肝细胞分泌CRP,对皮下及腹腔脂肪培养液所产生的刺激作用分别抑制达42%和62%。结论脂肪组织分泌的生物活性物质可刺激肝细胞分泌CRP,提示脂肪组织参与机体炎症反应。阿托伐他汀可抑制CRP产生,具有抗炎作用。
