摘要
研制了一种集成控制的高精度微型三路送粉系统。该系统由一套驱动电路统一控制,由三个独立的送粉单元构成,可以同时按照不同的配比送三种粉末用于梯度材料的激光熔覆和金属零件的激光直接制造。为了满足集成控制的要求,该系统具有很好的开放型,三路送粉量既可以由人工控制也可以由计算机编程设定,且在加工过程中可以随时调节,最大误差不超过0.1g/min。由于采用了微型化的结构设计以及铝合金和有机玻璃等材料加工,整个系统体积小,重量轻,可以直接装配在喷嘴上方,从而有效地缩短了送粉路径,提高了粉末控制的响应速度。
An integrate controlled powder feeding system which maintains three independent feeding units has been designed. All these units are controlled by a single circuit that can feed three different kinds of powder for laser cladding or laser direct manufacture. Each feeding rate is given solely by operator or by computer, which can be changed at real time when the process is being performed and the error is within 0.1g/min. The system is comparatively small and light so that it can be fix just upon the nozzle. Thus, powder path has been reduced efficiently
