低功率激光对大白兔血清LDL含量影响的实验研究

摘要 目的探索低功率氦氖激光对大白兔血液LDL含量的影响。方法大白兔分实验组与对照组,以波长为632.8nm,功率密度为5.4mw/cm2氦氖激光照射实验组大白兔,每天20分钟,连续照射10天。用血清脂蛋白琼脂糖凝胶电泳法测定实验组与对照组HDL、LDL、VLDL的含量。结果两组大白兔LDL水平有明显差异。结论低功率氦氖激光能明显降低大白兔血清LDL的水平。 Aim:To probe the changes of low density lipoprotein (LDL) in rabbit,s blood by low energy laser. Rabbits were divided into experimental group and control group, The experimental group was irradiated with He-Ne laser at the power density of 5.4mw/cm2 for 20 minutes/per day and lasted for 10 days. The contents of serum LDL ,high density lipoprotein (HDL) and very low density lipoprotein were analysed by agarose gel electrophoresis. Results: The content of LDL has significance difference between the two group. Conclusion: The level of rabbit serum LDL can be decreased by low energy laser.
