实践证明,一国(地区)的经济发展水平和国际竞争力与其金融发展是密切相关的,金融体系越健全,金融工具越丰富,金融服务效率越高,金融资产越充裕,其经济发展水平和国际竞争力就越高。黑龙江省的经济发展同样离不开本地区金融的发展,离不开强大的金融支持。然而,与发达地区相比,黑龙江省金融发展呈现出弱势,各种迹象表明其金融发展已经滞后于经济发展,其原因在于政府和金融部门管理者思想认识保守,管理工作不到位,缺乏金融理论研究的支持。

Practices prove that the economical development and foreign competition power are related to the financial development in one nation(area).The more complete the financial system is,the more financial tools are,the more efficient financial service is ,the more financial capital is,the more powerful the economical development and foreign competition ability are.In Heilongjiang Province the economical development is also related to financial development and support.However,compared with that in developed areas,our financial development is lower.Much proof indicates that in our province financial development has been left behind economical development.The reasons include the conservation of government and administrators,improper administration,insufficiency of financial methods,financial technology and institutional environment system.
