摘要
介绍了国内外催化裂化废催化剂(为维持系统催化剂达到应用的活性和选择性水平而定期卸出的平衡 催化剂)的处理和利用技术:①用于装置的开工;②掩埋处理;③经Demet工艺化学脱金属后再利用;④经磁分离分 离出高、低金属含量催化剂,低金属含量催化剂返回利用;⑤作水泥替代原料;⑥用于铺路。此外,介绍了废催化剂 新应用方法的研究情况,如作火焰阻滞剂和微生物生长抑制剂,再晶化制成新的催化剂,以及硫酸铵焙烧法脱金 属等。
The treatment and utilization of waste catalyst both at home and abroad are expounded as follows: (1) Used for unit start up; (2) Bury; (3) Demetallized with Demet process and reused; (4) Separating the equilibrium catalysts into high and low metal content with magnetic separation and the catalyst with low metal content reused; (5) Used as the substitutive feedstock for cement; (6) Used for road paving. The studies of new applications such as flame-retardant and microorganism growth inhibitor, waste catalyst re-crystallization to prepare catalyst and dematellization by ammonium sulfate calcining method are expounded as well.
