摘要
介绍了催化裂化主分馏塔技术,其特点在于综合了高效导流浮阀塔盘、TFDJ塔盘、LVG塔盘三者的优点, 根据催化裂化主分馏塔各段不同的汽液负荷及结盐、结焦情况,采用不同的塔盘。采用该技术后结盐、结焦堵塞塔 盘的状况基本消除,液化石油气收率提高了2.39个百分点,在汽油回炼量增加20t/h的情况下,该装置的处理能力 仍能由原来的1.06Mt/a提升到1.16Mt/a,且产品质量良好。
The technology of FCC main fractionation tower colleting all advantages of high efficiency DL float valve tray, TFDJ tray and LVG tray is expounded. Different trays have been adopted in each section of the main fractionation tower according to their different vapor & liquid loads and salting & coking conditions. Trays blocked with salting and coking have been basically eliminated after adopting the technology and the yield of LPG has been increased by 2.39 percent points. The unit capacity has been enhanced from 21 200 b/d to 23 200 b/d under the condition of gasoline reflux increased by 20 t/h with a good product quality.
