摘要
中原油田石油化工总厂50kt/a芳烃抽提装置以常压石脑油为原料,在开工及生产过程中先后出现了芳 烃混浊发泡、芳烃颜色发黄、抽余油芳烃含量不合格等问题,通过技术攻关,解决了这些问题,摸索出了常压石脑油 芳烃抽提工艺适宜的操作参数,取得了很好的经济效益。
Atmospheric naphtha is taken as the feedstock of 1 200 b/d aromatics extraction unit in the Petro-chemical Plant oi Zhongyuan Oilfield. Problems such as turbid, bubbling and sallow aromatics occurred during the process of start up and production and the extracted aromatics are unqualified. After revamping, the problems have been solved and appropriate operation parameters found out. Good economic benefits have been obtained.
