摘要
以Genesis诱导的小麦雄性不育系为母本,研究了4种组配类型20个组合主要品质性状的杂种优势表现。结果表明:蛋白质含量、湿(干)面筋含量表现出一定的正向杂种优势和超亲优势;沉降值的杂种优势较小,其超亲优势多为较高的负向优势;子粒容重的杂种优势和超亲优势较低。优质/优质和丰产/优质两种组配类型的杂种优势优于另外两种类型。
Twenty hybrid wheat combinations treated with chemical hybridization agent (CHA-Genesis) were used to study the heterosis performances of CHA-hybrid wheat in grain qualitative characteristics. It had four types quality/quality, quantity/quality, quality/quantity and quantity/quantity. The result indicated that all the CHA-hybrid wheat showed the positive mid-parent heterosis in grain protein content, dry and wet gluten content. The mid-parent heterosis and over-parent heterosis were low in sedimentation values. The qualitative characteristics of quality/quality type were prior to the others.
