无菌苗法在鉴定油菜菌核病抗(耐)性上的应用 被引量:5

摘要 无菌苗法与田间茎秆接种鉴定法的对比试验表明,两种方法都能鉴定出油菜品种对菌核病的抗、感差异,且能够达到显著水平,无菌苗法品种间抗(耐)病性还能达到极显著水平。无菌苗法依品种的病情指数由低到高,即由高抗至高感排序为:“中R-888”(61.7)、“M004”(63.1)、“085”(76.0),甘油5号(85.5)、“98C40”(97.2)。田间茎秆接种鉴定依病斑面积(cm2)的平均值由小到大(即由最抗病至最感病)排序为:“中R-888”(1.62)、“M004”(1.91)、“085”(4.86)、甘油5号(6.30)、排菜(18.14),而且两种鉴定方法所得结果与文献报道的一致,抗、感级别的顺序也相同。 In order to identify the rapeseed resistance to S.sclerotium fast and accurately and to provide a kind of reliable technique to screen resistant species, we have developed a new method, the aceptic seedlings in our studies. Compared with the tradition method, the field stem inoculation, new method has several advantages over the field stem inoculation, such as the experiment conditions are easy to control, the standards are objective, and the assessing is not affected by seasons. Using the aseptic seedlings ,the disease resistance or the index of disease among the tested varieties is arranged from the highest resistance as ZhongR-888(61.7), M004(63.1), 085(76.0), Ganyou5(85.5), and 98C40(97.2)?However, when using the field stem inoculation according to the lesion area the disease resistance from the highest to lowest is as ZhangR-888 (1.62), M004(1.91), 085(4.86), Ganyou5(6.30), Brassica junces var orispifolia Bailey(18.14).
