摘要 大功率永磁无刷直流电动机的电枢反应对电机性能影响非常大,不能忽略。本文分析了永磁无刷直流电动机的电枢反应及其对气隙磁场和反电势的影响,指出叠加原理在分析反电势时已不再适用;通过磁场数值分析及实验对比,发现电枢反应使气隙磁场发生的畸变会导致磁路局部饱和,它是影响电机性能的主要因素,并由此提出了在设计中抑制电枢反应q轴分量影响的方法。 The armature reaction can't be neglected in the design of the high power permanent magnet brushless DC motor (PMBDCM) since it remarkably influence on the performance. The armature reaction of PMBDCM is expounded. The superposition principle doesn't apply to estimate the effect of the armature reaction on the gap magnetic field and the back EMF. Making a comparison between the results of numeric analysis and the experimental waveforms shows that the armature-reaction distorts the gap flux density distribution, and that distortion may result in magnetic saturation, so it plays a primary part in the effect on the performance of PMBDCM. Based on the analysis, the methods to weaken the q axis armature reaction in the design of high performance PMBDCM are presented.
