摘要
济钢第三炼钢厂精炼连铸水处理系统采用PLC和上位监控软件,自动控制系统采用MOMEN-TUM和QUANTUM系列的控制器,实现了数据自动采集、处理、工艺画面显示、报警等功能,方便了管理,系统运行安全可靠。
PLC and the upper control software were applied in the continuously cast water treatment system of refining of No.3 Steel Mill, Jinan Iron & Steel Co. MOMENTUM and QUANTUM controllers were used in the auto-control system, resulting in realization of data auto-collection, auto-treatment, auto-display of process picture and auto-alarm. It is convenient for management. Operation of the system is safe and reliable.
