从熵增原理看循证医学蕴涵 被引量:1

摘要  有效能量和有效物质的耗散,导致的都是熵,物质和能量的耗散愈多,熵愈趋向最大值。循证医学(EBM)作为一个新的临床理念,在不断地解决问题、发现问题、再去解决问题的过程中为临床提供指导,达到最完善的临床实践,因而使得医疗卫生资源得以更科学、更合理的应用,以蓄积有效的能量,遏止物质的耗散,减少熵增。 Exhausting of effective energies and materials all results in entropy, and the more the exhausting is, the more the values of entropy gradully tend to. Evidence- based medicine (EBM),as a clinical new concept, can really guide clinical practices from solving problems to finding problems and finally overcoming problems. With EBM, we can put the medical and health resources to more scientific and rational use. It saves up effective energies, prevents exhausting of materials and reduces the values of entropy.
