摘要 目的 对除草剂苯磺隆进行毒性研究。方法 按GB1 5 670— 1 995《农药登记毒理学试验方法》进行。结果 本品经口LD50 >5 62 0mg/kg,属低毒性。未见有致突变作用 ;3 0d喂养试验显示对动物血常规及肝、肾功能等无明显影响 ;高剂量对动物体重有明显影响 ;病理学检查结果显示对肾、睾丸组织细胞有轻度毒性作用。结论 除草剂苯磺隆是一种低毒的产品 ,但对肾、睾丸组织的损害作用 ,及慢性毒性作用有待作进一步的毒性研究。 Objective To study the toxic effects of tribenuron-methyl. Methods Based on the national standard (GB15670-1995). Result Acute oral LD 50 was more tha n 5 620 mg/kg ,the detergent could be classified as innoxious. The mutagenic eff ect of the detergent was not found in the experiment. The result of 30 days feed ing test showed that the indices detected were normal, including body weight, bl ood regular test, liver function and kidney function etc. The pathologic examina tion suggested that the detergent be toxic to kindney and testicle tissue of the mice lightly. Conclusion It suggests that the natural botanic detergent should be a kind of generally innoxious detergent and not a mutagen, but it might be t oxic to kindney and testicle tissue mildly.
