Clinical Analysis on 105 Cycles in Vitro Fertilization-Embryos Transfer

目的 探讨影响体外受精 胚胎移植 (IVF- ET)成功率的有关因素。方法 回顾分析IVF- ET1 0 5周期患者的年龄、病因和获卵数对辅助生殖技术成功率的影响。结果 女性年龄是影响妊娠率的主要因素 ,年龄 <3 3岁者临床妊娠率 3 0 .7% ,≥ 3 3岁者临床妊娠率 2 0 .1 % ,且随着年龄的增长 ,获卵数、可移植胚胎数、胚胎质量均下降 ,妊娠率降低。结论 女性年龄是影响IVF- ET成功率的重要因素。

Objective To study clinical factors that affect outcome of in vitro f ertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET). Methods 105 cycles of IVF-ET from Jan uary 2002 to December 2003 were performed. Women age and number of retrieved ooc yte and pregnancy rate were retrospectively analyzed. Result Female age was an i ndependent factor that affectsed pregnancy rate in IVF-ET programs, pregnancy r ate of women age<33 was 30.7%, while women age≥33 was 20.1%. With the increas ing of women age,the number of retrieved oocytes and suitable embryos for transfer d ecreased in these patients and the quality of embryos was poor. The overall outc ome of these age-related effects resulted in the significant lower implantation . Conclusion Female age is a prominent foctor that affects pregnancy rate in IVF- ET programs.
