Report Analysis of 73 Cases of Adverse Drug Response in Our Hospital

目的 观察我院药物使用中不良反应发生的情况 ,为临床合理用药提供信息。方法 对 73例临床药物不良反应 (ADR)报告表进行回顾性分析。结果 老年人较易发生ADR ,构成比为 3 7.0 % ;抗感染药物易发生ADR ,构成比为 47.9% ;首次用药较易发生ADR ,构成比最高达 5 2 .1 % ,主要表现为皮疹。结论 药物在治疗疾病的同时也存在着不良反应 ,应积极开展ADR监察工作 ,确保患者用药安全。

Objective To observe incidence of the adverse drugs response in ord er to provide information for clinical practice. Methods We reviewed and analyse d 73 cases of adverse response of clinical drugs in my hospital. Result The adv erse drug response easily occurred in old age,the constituting rate was 37.0% ;ADR easily occurred in use of anti-infection drugs,too, the constituting rat e was 47.9%; ADR more easily occurred in the first use of drugs, the constituting rate amounted to 52.1% and cardinal performance was rash. Conclusion? The adver se drug response exsits in treatment, we should positively watch the ADR in orde r to ensure patients'safety use of drugs.
