2001～2003年我院麻醉药品应用情况分析

Analysis of Narcotics Used in Our Hospital During the Years 2001～2003

目的 了解我院麻醉药品的应用情况 ,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 对我院药库微机管理系统提供的 2 0 0 1～ 2 0 0 3年麻醉药品各品种的用量进行统计和分析。结果 芬太尼用药频度居各年度首位 ;吗啡制剂用量逐年递减 ;哌替啶注射液用量仍居高不下。结论 癌症止痛治疗中存在不合理用药现象。

Objective To clarify the situation of narcotics used in our hospital s o as to provide information for rational use of drug. ?Methods The dosages of var ious kinds of narcotic, used in our hospital in the years of 2001～2003 were col lected from HIS System and analyzed. ?Result The use of fentanyl injection occupie d the first places in frequency; the amount of use of morphine was decreasing ye ar by year; the amount of use of pethidine injection was constantly high. ?Conclusion Irrational drug-use for the pain control of ca ncer still exists.
