摘要
焦化废水是煤制焦炭、煤气净化及焦化产品回收过程中产生的废水,受原煤性质、炼焦工艺、焦化产品回收等诸多因素的影响,其成分复杂多变,属于难处理的工业废水。以年产焦规模60万t/a的焦化厂为例,采用实际设计或试验给定的工艺参数进行计算,得出了利用普通生化,A/O生物脱氮和催化湿式氧化3种技术处理同一焦化源头废水———剩余氨水的运行费用,并进行了经济分析。
The coking wastewater is produced in the course of the coal coking, coal gas purifying and coking products recovering. Being influenced by many factors such as the natures of the raw coal, the coking processes, and the recovery of the coking products, etc., the components of the coking wastewater that is an industrial wastewater hard to treat are complicated and variable. Taking a coke-oven plant with annual coke output of 0.6 million tones as the example, and calculating by using the actually designed or experimentally obtained technical parameters, this paper gets the operation cost of the wastewater——residual ammonia water treated by using three techniques of the common biochemical process, A/O biologic denitrogenation and wet catalytic oxidation, and makes economic analysis.
