Considerations about Setting up the Virtual Research Institution

通过建立柔性人才引进机制,福建省南平市科技情报研究所在全省率先组建了虚拟性质的闽北科技研究院,有效地解决了闽北经济和社会发展中的科技与人才的瓶颈问题,探索出一条引智借脑,推进市校(院)科技合作的新模式。

Through setting up the flexible talents introducing mechanism, Hanping Scientific and Technological Research institute of Fujian Province is the first to set up the Minbei Scientific and Technological Institute with the virtual nature in Fujian Province, which effectively solves the bottleneck problem of the techniques and talents in the economic and social development of the north part of Fujian Province, and finds a new mode of “introducing the intelligent and borrowing the brain”and promoting the sci-tech cooperation of the city and the university.
